150mm Polisher Grinder Alloy Polishing Kit

An excellent combination polishing kit with this 6″ bench polisher. Ideal for use on alloys and other metal surfaces including aluminium, brass, copper and steel.

This kit has an extensive array of polishing an buffing applications and will give you a brilliant “mirror” finish.

1 x 6″ 1/2hp 240v-50H 2590rpm Bench Polisher

2 x 400 x 400mm White Microfibre cloths

1 x 6″ x 2 Section Colour stitch Polishing Wheel. Can be used for cutting and polishing. (Used with the BROWN Tripoli Compound bar in this kit)

1 x 6″ x 2 Section White Stitch Polishing Wheel for minimal cutting and high finish. (Used with the GREEN Green Chrome Compound bar in this kit)

1 x Pair 1/2″ Spindle Adaptors

Vienne Lime – Whiting Powder 250grams

Use this to remove grease and compound residues after polishing. Apply it to the microfibre cloth and wipe where you’ve been polishing. Please note that Vienna Lime is not an actual lime powder but a pure form of super fine calcium carbonate (chalk).

Compounds

1 x 250g Brown bar = Tripoli

Combined cutting and finishing compound for soft metals only. Suitable for aluminium, brass, copper and zinc diecast. Follow up with a finishing compound if a brighter surface is required.

1 x 250g Green bar = green Chrome

For mirror finishing with minimal cut. Best used after a perfect cutting or prepolishing operation. Polishes all metals to high brightness when used on a soft cotton buff.

250ml Liquid Reflection metal polish

This is applied with a cloth then wipes with a microfibre cloth, contains soft, fine alumina to gently polish and restore metal surfaces such as:

– Brass
– Stainless Steel
– Chrome
– Aluminium & Aluminium Alloys

Liquid Reflection is ideal for polishing jobs to be done by hand, and imparts an unbeatable shine. Ideal for jobs such as polishing:

– Stainless & brass boat fittings
– Bullbars, rims and alloy fuel tanks
– Household brass and Stainless cutlery
– Restoring scratched and dull kitchen sinks

It is water washable for easy cleanup and can of course be also used with a motorised buffing machine.
